Two times a year, we meet in person for our team building events. This time the event took place in the heart of Vienna, Austria. The day started with a two-hour session discussing the next milestones of Yodel. Every team member stated how they see Yodel and the potential it has, as well as how Yodel will be brought to the next level.

After a lunch break — in which we had time for developing relationships — we headed to a Miniature Golf Course in the Prater. The sunny day allowed us to take advantage of the outdoor environment filled with fun and challenges, ready for us to take on. We emphasize the FUN we had. :-) Miniature Golf was a great way to improve skills like problem-solving, creativity, and communication between all of us. Of course, we kept track of the score on the 18 holes of golf but we also helped each other on difficult ones.

Afterward, we decided to sit together and talk about all kinds of topics before we had to say goodbye and head back home to 6 out of 9 states of Austria.

The team-building event was very successful and vital for us as an entirely remote working team. We all are looking forward to the next time we can meet in person.

Happy Yodeling from David, Mike, Nina, Andre, Thomas, Mario, and Silke!

Which are the Best Ways to Let Customers Contact You?

Customer service is one of the best ways a business can differentiate itself from its competitors. Communication is one of the most fundamental aspects of customer service, as you want your customers to feel like their voices are being heard.
