Yes, I’m talking AGAIN about phone calls. But let’s not forget: phone calls sometimes are a pain in the a** and we from YodelTalk want to change the a** to awesome! :)

We’ve already gotten one step further to making phone calls an awesome tool again with our new feature: Asking the caller for their reason for calling!

Yes, you heard correctly: You can now activate the “Ask for Reason” Feature on your manage.yodel.io page so, when there’s an incoming call, our Yodel bot asks the caller for the reason for calling, and automatically shows you their answer in your Slack channel via text. No more stressing out thinking “Who is calling and what do they want from me?”.
