This is something we have been working on for a while now. We know that this is a very important feature to efficiently manage and collaborate on phone calls so we wanted it to be as good as possible!
With it, your phone management should get way easier. We put all necessary information into the feature including on which phone line the call was on, which team member took/made the call, how long the call lasted, etc.
