Due to customer feedback, we decided to disable the mentioning of team members for incoming calls. We are currently working on a better solution but wanted to react to your feedback ASAP!
Until now, every user that belonged to the channel you dedicated to your incoming phone calls, received a mention that a call is waiting to be answered. This led to some Yodelers and Yodelettes to an over-flood of unread threads created by incoming calls.
Don’t worry, you will still be notified if the call is redirected to you personally or a team you are part of.
