Matthew found out about Yodel through one of his friends, who recommended the service to him. As the company’s director, he decided to move from a Skype-based system where “there was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing” to a solution that has it all integrated into the tool they have been already working with — Slack. Using Yodel saves Matthew about 30 minutes a day, which adds up to 10 hours a month.
Sorted Stay has Virtual Assistants based in the Philippines as well as a team in their headquarters in the UK. Staying connected is a must between the two continents and different time zones. The main benefit for Sorted Stay is the ease of answering telephone calls through their main communication system (Slack), and making calls and sending texts to their guests with ease.
